First Time Home Buyer?

With the housing market this competitive, sometimes you have to think outside the box. If your having trouble finding your first home, here are a few things to consider.

Assess your budget:

If you haven't crunched the numbers, you may be underestimating what you can afford. A lender can help look at your finances and assess what you can borrow.

Consider a Condo or Duplex:

Condos can make a great starter home. They can help you build up equity to fuel a move up when you're ready.

Expand your search radius:

Widening your radius to include nearby neighborhoods or communities can help you find a hidden gem.

Weigh your must-haves and nice-to-haves:

Not finding the one? Take a look at your desired features and see if there are any nice-to-have instead of essential.

Your first home is out there and I'd be happy to help you find one!! There are also grants and programs available to you. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, concerns, and/or if you are ready to get the process started.
